5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
- Thinkcast is not liable for platform penalties or audience reactions
6. Third-Party Platforms
Thinkcast integrates with external platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or policy changes
- Account suspensions by third parties
- API limitations beyond our control
7. Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with notice
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Abuse or misuse of the platform
- Legal or security risks
You may cancel at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Revenue outcomes
- Continuous availability
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Thinkcast shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
